Fulfilling Acts: Choosing Strength and Happiness over Weakness and Misery

I love writing about the duality of happiness and misery; two sides of the same coin. One provides the bases for strength, while the other draws strength away – leaving weakness.

As much influence (positive or negative) as these two potently energized attitudes have, we possess the ultimate power of choosing which one of these (misery or happiness) will be our moment by moment, day to day, week by week, month by month, or yearly or life time companions.

One can choose to carry the weighted baggage of yesterday’s drama(s) and unfortunate events. Or, one can choose to leave such things where they actually are…in the past.

With regard to misery, one is weakened by recurring study and emotional investment in negative activities and events that have become history.
